A tenured General Contractor in the Atlanta area is looking for a Project Executive to lead their Hospitality build team. In this role you will oversee teams working on projects ranging from $20-$200+ million. These projects include Hospitality, Education, Municipal, Multi-Family, and other Commercial Work.

More Details:

• Scale of Work: Deal in multiple different commercial sectors. Strong majority of which being Hospitality projects for this role. Create & foster your own client network.
• Upcoming Backlog: Have over $650 million in backlog for this upcoming year.
• Mid-Size Feel with Large-Size Aspiration: With around 150 employees, the CEO will know who you are, but you will still have the ability to chase that large project size.
• Location: Office located in Northern Atlanta.
• Hybrid work environment as needed.

Compensation:

• Salary varies from $170k - $210k (Dependent upon years of Experience)
• Vehicle allowance, 6% 401k matching, over 4 weeks of PTO
• Performance based bonus (Paid out in full previous 3 years)

Required Background:

• 8+ years of experience in commercial construction
• Project Experience in minimum of one of the following industries: Hospitality, Multifamily, Education, Municipal, or Office
• Majority of career spent with a General Contractor
