Job description

G&E Partners have collaborated with a leading GC operating across the US who are seeking a Project Executive to be a key figure in my client's growth. Reporting directly into the VP of Operations, you will be a decision maker and responsible for leading company direction.

Markets: Heavy Highway, Site Development, Utilities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple heavy civil construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and implement project strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of projects.
• Maintain and enhance client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and contractual obligations.
• Drive innovation and efficiency improvements in project execution.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in heavy civil construction, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, risk management, and financial oversight.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to foster a culture of safety, collaboration, and excellence.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
