Job Title: Project Executive (or Snr)

Thor is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager or Px looking to take the lead on complex commercial construction projects. Our client, a highly respected electrical contractor, is seeking a talented individual to oversee full project lifecycle management — from preconstruction to completion — across multiple high-profile developments.

The Opportunity: As the Senior Project Manager, you will take full ownership of project execution, ensuring financial performance, quality standards, client satisfaction, and team leadership are all prioritized. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to deliver top-tier results, while mentoring emerging talent.

What You'll do:

• Lead full-cycle project delivery including budget, schedule, risk, and quality oversight
• Define project strategy and manage client and subcontractor relationships
• Drive preconstruction planning and resolve design conflicts in collaboration with BIM/VDC teams
• Coordinate manpower, prefab strategy, and trade partners
• Ensure site-specific safety protocols and quality standards are met
• Mentor project team members and support talent development

What you bring:

• Proven experience managing large-scale electrical construction projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
• Deep understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
• Familiarity with BIM/VDC coordination and LEAN construction practices
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement

Compensation & Structure:

• Total compensation: variable (circa $165,000 - $220,000 + add-ons), tailored to experience and performance.
• Various locations available for specific project needs.
