Job summary

Kintec Search is seeking a Project Executive for its New York leadership team, joining a respected general contractor and construction manager delivering complex projects across commercial, transportation, infrastructure and institutional sectors.

The role oversees multiple projects and project teams from preconstruction through completion, guiding operations, financial performance, scheduling, staffing, risk management and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong track record delivering complex projects for a reputable contractor or construction manager.
• Experience overseeing multiple Project Managers, Superintendents and project teams.
• Strong commercial, contractual and financial management capabilities.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients, design teams and trade partners.
• Experience in aviation, transportation, infrastructure, commercial or other technically demanding sectors.
• Aviation project experience is highly desirable, though not essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from preconstruction through completion, providing leadership across operations, scheduling, staffing and risk management.
• Manage client relationships and support growth of the division.
• Lead project teams including PMs and superintendents to deliver on time and budget.

A well-established general contractor and construction manager is looking to appoint a Project Executive to join its New York leadership team.

The firm has a strong reputation for delivering complex, high-profile projects across the commercial, transportation, infrastructure and institutional markets. This position will take responsibility for multiple projects and project teams, while helping to manage key client relationships and support the continued growth of an established division.

The Project Executive will oversee projects from preconstruction through completion, providing leadership across operations, financial performance, scheduling, staffing, risk management and client satisfaction.

We are interested in speaking with senior construction professionals who have:

• A strong track record delivering complex projects for a reputable general contractor or construction manager
• Experience overseeing multiple Project Managers, Superintendents and project teams
• Strong commercial, contractual and financial management capabilities
• The ability to build trusted relationships with clients, design teams and trade partners
• Experience within aviation, transportation, infrastructure, commercial or other technically demanding sectors
• Previous aviation project experience is highly desirable, although not essential
