Job summary

Confidential, a leading South Florida construction and development firm, seeks a Project Executive to join its senior team in Miami. You will own projects end-to-end from preconstruction through closeout, driving budgets, schedules, and coordination with contractors and consultants.

You will liaise with ownership, lenders, and financial stakeholders while mentoring on-site project teams. A hands-on leader with deep regional knowledge is essential to succeed in this senior role.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction industry experience, ideally GC and owner/developer exposure.
• Deep knowledge of South Florida permitting, HVHZ rules, and local subcontractor networks.
• Florida CGC license is a strong advantage.
• Hands-on, in the weeds — not just a delegator.
