Talent Collaborative Group, Inc is seeking a Project Executive to lead multiple high‑profile commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will mentor project teams, manage budgets and schedules, and build enduring client relationships while shaping strategic initiatives with senior leadership.

The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of experience in complex construction, a strong financial acumen, and a track record of developing leaders.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressively responsible commercial construction experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, contracts, and project forecasting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Mentor and support Project Managers in achieving successful project outcomes.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, quality, safety, and financial performance.
• Review project status reports, forecasts, and risk assessments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and industry partners.
• Support preconstruction efforts, budgeting, estimating, and project pursuits.
• Participate in client presentations, proposal development, and business development activities.
• Resolve complex project challenges while maintaining exceptional client service.
• Help establish strategic direction for assigned projects and market sectors.
• Develop future leaders through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.

What You'll Do
