Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, and Operations teams.
• Drive project execution, quality, safety, and client satisfaction across multiple projects.
• Serve as executive point of contact for key clients and stakeholders.
• Support succession planning, talent development, and team growth.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on staffing, promotions, and compensation decisions.
• Provide executive oversight during preconstruction, procurement, and major buyout activities.
• Lead business development efforts and help secure repeat and new opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and pursuits.
• Participate in strategic go/no-go decisions and growth initiatives.
• Own P&L performance and oversee financial forecasting, risk management, and dispute resolution.
• Support and oversee Joint Venture partnerships and executive-level relationships.

I'm currently partnering with a well-established and highly respected General Contractor to find an experiencedProject Executiveto join their leadership team in Charleston, South Carolina.

This is a senior operational leadership position for someone who has built a career leading large-scale construction projects, developing high-performing teams, managing key client relationships, and driving business growth.

The successful candidate will oversee a portfolio of projects, clients, and personnel while taking ownership of financial performance, risk management, and strategic planning across the business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and mentoring Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, and Operations teams
• Driving project execution, quality, safety, and client satisfaction across multiple projects
• Acting as the executive point of contact for key clients and project stakeholders
