Job summary

Metric DCX in Cedar Rapids, IA, seeks a Project Executive to lead large-scale data center projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will drive budget, schedule, quality, safety, and profitability while managing senior relationships with owners, architects, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• 12–20+ years of construction experience, including data center/mission-critical projects.
• Proven track record delivering complex, large-scale projects for a large GC.
• Experience leading multiple project teams and senior project staff.
• Strong understanding of MEP, structural, and civil construction.
• Demonstrated ownership of project financials, schedules, and client relationships.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

The Role

We’re supporting a Top-25 ENR-ranked national GC with an expanding data center portfolio in hiring multiple Project Executives. This role will own the successful delivery of large-scale data center projects, driving schedule, budget, profitability, quality, and client satisfaction from preconstruction through closeout.
