Job summary

Kay & Co, a Boston-based construction management firm, seeks a Project Executive to own a portfolio from preconstruction through closeout, and to lead project managers and site teams. You will act as the senior point of contact for clients, owners and design teams on life science, healthcare and complex occupied projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Executive or Senior Project Manager with a Boston area GC or CM.
• Strong background in life science, healthcare or complex occupied projects.
• Experience delivering work in live, operational environments with minimal disruption.
• Confidence leading clients and teams on technically demanding builds.
