Qualifications

  • 10+ years experience in Oil & Gas, Power or similar Industry.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management or technical leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • OTR ownership of all Services projects.
  • Lead procurement and requisition-related projects from planning through management of execution team.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, resource allocations, and budgets.
  • Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain delivery objectives and reduce risk.
  • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, standards, and governance processes.
  • Work with technical leads to develop project plans, schedules, milestones, resource requirements, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder communications.
  • Manage competing priorities across multiple projects while maintaining operational effectiveness.
  • Escalate risks, dependencies, and issues while developing corrective action plans.
  • Own the project KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Measure project performance against timelines, budgets, quality standards, and business objectives.
  • Track project performance, deliverables, and key delivery metrics.
  • Conduct post-project reviews and implement lessons learned.

Job description

This position is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end project execution process for the Service business. They will ensure that projects are run on time and deliver to the customer’s expectations. Responsibilities include reviewing purchase orders and executing them in alignment with organizational processes, policies, budget requirements, and operational objectives. This role serves as a key liaison between engineering, business stakeholders, finance, and customers to ensure quality and timely delivery of the Services projects. The ideal candidate combines procurement expertise with strong project management capabilities to deliver operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • (Order to Remittance) OTR ownership of all Services projects

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or equivalent certification.
  • CPSM, CSCP, Lean Six Sigma, or related procurement/process improvement certification.
  • Experience leading process improvement or system implementation projects.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management tools.
  • Experience in controls/software development or design is a plus.
