Job summary

Renewable Concepts seeks a detail-oriented project planning & coordination professional to support estimating, scheduling, and documentation across multiple active projects. You will help ensure proposals, schedules, and records align with contract requirements while assisting with manpower planning and procurement reviews.

Requirements include 2+ years supporting PMs and operations, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with project controls tools.

Qualifications

• H.S. or GED with preferred associate degree.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting project planning, scheduling, manpower coordination, and documentation with PM and operations teams.
• Ability to maintain documentation, control systems, meeting minutes, schedules, and status reports.
• Ability to manage multiple active projects with version-controlled docs aligned to schedules and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project information, schedules, manpower needs, and communication across estimating, PM, operations, business development, and field teams.
• Maintain detailed schedules for active projects including milestones, sequencing, and resource assumptions.
• Support estimating, proposal and contract work by organizing requirements, specs, pricing inputs, and cost data.
• Track RFQ flow, award status, active project status, resource demand, and project progress for forecasts.
• Maintain project trackers, dashboards, cost files, and status updates for leadership visibility.
• Provide project document oversight: proposals, contracts, POs, records, and closeout docs; prepare reports with Office, Power BI, and related tools.
• Identify risks related to cost, schedule, documentation, or manpower and flag them to the team.
