Job summary

Centurion Stone of Chattanooga is seeking an Estimator/Project Manager to own projects from first client interaction through final installation-balancing client relationships, estimating, and execution with precision. You will act as the primary contact for clients and internal teams, managing from estimate to closeout.

The role requires construction knowledge, strong communication, and an ownership mentality to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 3-7+ years of experience in construction or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, builders, and internal teams.
• Manage projects from estimate → contract → scheduling → installation → closeout.
• Perform takeoffs, estimating, and proposal development for masonry and exterior systems.
• Drive sales and revenue growth through relationship-building and responsiveness.
• Coordinate crews, materials, and timelines to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain accurate project data in company systems (CRM / project management tools).
• Proactively identify and solve issues before they impact schedule or client experience.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards, scope, and budget expectations.
