Job summary

Summertown Metals is seeking a self-motivated construction professional who can work independently in Morristown. Leadership experience and construction knowledge are required to oversee end-to-end project execution and maintain excellent client relations throughout the project lifecycle.

You will manage schedules, coordinate trades, track budgets and invoices, and collaborate with sales, operations and the turnkey division to deliver high-quality results on turnkey projects on time and within

Responsibilities

• Oversee End-to-End Project Execution: Manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring quality standards and timelines are met.
• Customer Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear communication and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
• Scheduling & Coordination: Develop and maintain project schedules in Buildertrend, coordinating with trades, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely progress.
• Financial Oversight: Approve and track invoices, manage budgets, and provide input for payments to ensure projects stay within financial parameters.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations, and the turnkey division to align project goals, streamline processes, and deliver outstanding results.

Summertown Metals is looking for a self motivated individual that can work independently. Construction knowledge and leadership experience is a must.
