Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in quoting, estimating, or sales operations.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM; quick learner of new platforms.
• Able to read floor plans and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate, timely quotes tailored to customer needs.
• Manage the full quote lifecycle from request to order conversion.
• Interpret floor plans and specifications for estimates.
• Coordinate with sales, manufacturing, and finance to ensure order success.
• Support channel partners with quote requests and account setup.
• Maintain CRM records and track quote status.
• Elevate pricing exceptions and complex configurations.
