Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Estimator to lead cost estimating for multi-year design and construction projects. This onsite role will coordinate with engineers, procurement, and scheduling teams to prepare accurate bids and maintain cost databases.

Location options include Overland Park, KS or Houston, TX. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of project controls experience, with strong data skills and a collaborative

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Construction Science/Management, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of project controls experience with multi-year design and construction projects.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong problem evaluation/solving skills.
• Understand project design process and can interact professionally with team members.

Responsibilities

• Create spreadsheets to track customer information and estimates.
• Transfer data from hard copy to digital databases.
• Update customer information in databases.
• Organize data in spreadsheets and verify outdated data.
• Prepare management reports showing trends and predictions from data.
