JRM Construction Management seeks a Project Estimator to drive accurate total project costs. You will manage CM/GC bids, develop detailed estimates across design stages, and coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree and/or relevant estimating experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in reading commercial construction plans and specs.
• Ability to work autonomously on estimates from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage the entire bid process (CM and GC) with detailed bid packages.
• Prepare estimates for all design stages: Conceptual to Construction Documents.
• Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates for materials, labor and equipment.
• Solicit proposals from subcontractors and prepare bid forms and scopes of work.
• Provide itemized cost breakdowns for client approval at Schematic Design end.
• Review drawings to ensure accurate pricing and value engineering ideas.
• Maintain client relationships throughout the project life cycle and analyze variances.
