The role emphasizes collaboration with PMs, subs, and clients, exposure to preconstruction strategies, value engineering, and negotiated work, with growth opportunities in a growing regional GC/CM.

Qualifications

• 4+ years estimating for a commercial GC or CM.
• Strong takeoff and bid experience with standard tools.
• Ability to juggle multiple bids and hit deadlines.
• Bonus: Design-build or CM at-Risk exposure.
