Jobot is seeking a Project Estimator for Commercial Construction (GC/CM) in Virginia. You will own estimates from takeoff through final bid and handoff, and work on diverse projects across commercial sectors.
The role emphasizes collaboration with PMs, subs, and clients, exposure to preconstruction strategies, value engineering, and negotiated work, with growth opportunities in a growing regional GC/CM.
Salary: $80,000 - $150,000 per year
