This role involves managing the engineering execution of multiple projects, including advanced treatment facilities and underground conveyance systems, supporting our mission to solve humanity's biggest challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams on municipal water and wastewater projects
• Mentor and supervise engineering staff, fostering professional growth
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and client communications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program
• Minimum of 8 years related work experience
• Preferred: PE license and experience with WWTP projects

Work Environment

Hybrid schedule: 3 days in-office at Kansas City, MO, and 2 days remote. Travel to client sites may be required.
