Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; 5+ years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership role, including team development and management.
• Ability to apply sound engineering principles to operational/design issues.
• Experience with installation/construction project scheduling.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and oral communication, planning, teamwork, and adaptability.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to other locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop engineering designs, material specs, and project cost estimates.
• Ensure designs meet standards/codes; validate field work and create as-built drawings.
• Review engineering submissions for accuracy and completeness.
• Direct vendors/contractors to manage project execution.
• Coordinate project schedules with plant personnel, vendors, and contractors.
• Plan layouts with vendors and meet utility requirements.
• Prepare and review project documents, budgets, and schedules.
• Report project status to management and manage contracts.
