Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic phases of construction projects.
• Knowledge of mathematics functions (geometry, algebra).
• Computer skills (MS Office, HCSS, CGC, etc).
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, clients, subcontractors, and others.
• Ability to present information clearly in written and verbal form.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support Project Manager and Superintendent on assigned projects.
• Gather and distribute information under supervision and mentorship.
• Coordinate project activities with direct supervision from Project/Operations Manager.
• Gain experience in accounting, estimating, and related duties as requested.
