Advantage Technical is hiring an Entry Level Engineer - Project Coordinator in Georgetown, KY. You will coordinate between design and manufacturing teams, develop process standards, and manage project schedules while engaging in CAD data analysis with AutoCAD and CATIA.

The role requires a bachelor’s in engineering, 2+ years of engineering experience, and willingness to travel both domestically and internationally. Onsite work with comprehensive benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of engineering experience.
• 1+ year of automotive manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with AutoCAD, CATIA, and 3D CAD modeling.
• Project scheduling or project management experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Valid passport or ability to obtain one for international travel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project execution between design and manufacturing teams.
• Develop and maintain process standards, check sheets, and engineering documentation.
• Manage project schedules and key deliverables.
• Analyze 2D and 3D CAD data using AutoCAD and CATIA.
• Support production trials, plant observations, and process improvements.
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed to support project launches.
• Lead new model paint manufacturing engineering activities.
