Job summary

Kenvue is hiring a Process/Project Engineering Co‑Op for the Jan–July period at their Lititz, PA site. The role offers hands-on learning in a consumer products manufacturing setting, with emphasis on leadership, technical, and communication skills through structured coaching and mentorship.

The position is full-time in practice (minimum 40 hours/week), with a 6–12 month scope and potential extension into Summer/Fall 2027. Hybrid work and on-site resources enhance collaboration and development.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. long-term.
• Active enrollment in an accredited university pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering.
• Commit to at least 5–6 months at 40 hours/week starting Jan 2027.
• Minimum cumulative GPA 3.0.
• Proficient with Windows applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

What you will do

Kenvue is currently recruiting for a: Process/ Project Engineering Co-Op (Spring / Summer 2027)

The Process/ Project Engineering Co-Op is a 6 to 12 month experience designed to help college students develop leadership, technical, and communication skills through practical business experience and ongoing training, development, coaching and mentorship. This role will enable the student to have real-life work application of concepts and theories learned in the classroom in a consumer products manufacturing facility. This is a full-time (minimum 40 hours per week) assignment.

• Supporting the development and implementation of innovative methods to improve site processes and performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work permanently in the U.S. and not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B status)
• Actively enrolled in an accredited university through the duration of co-op assignment pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree focused in: Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Packaging, Computer, Bio-Medical, Electrical)
• Ability to commit to at least a 5 to 6 month duration, minimum 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday) for the length of the assignment, starting in January 2027 and continuing until at least June 2027 with an opportunity to extend into the Summer / Fall of 2027.
• Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA
• Proficient in Windows software applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) at a minimum
• Ability to provide their own transportation between home and work location on a daily basis

Desired Qualifications

• Exhibits strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
• Displays willingness to learn, strong problem-solving skills and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrates ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives while maintaining a strong sense of urgency
• Demonstrated experience with Minitab or other statistical tools, Tableau, PowerBI or similar dashboard / reporting tools
• Passionate about the consumer health industry
