Job summary

Radiance Technologies in Ohio is seeking a Principal Systems Engineer to drive advanced engineering solutions and intelligence delivery for our clients. You will mentor teams, define requirements, analyze data, and translate complex problems into actionable plans.

You will develop tools and processes to optimize delivery, create detailed reports and visuals for leaders, and collaborate across engineering, science, and management to align effort with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with complex engineering programs.
• 10+ years supporting the intelligence community.
• 10+ years guiding senior military officers and executives.
• Master's degree in STEM field.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do As an Project Engineer , you'll tackle complex decision-making challenges and help mentor/guide the execution of technical engineering across the portfolio of projects and interacting with stakeholders to ensure alignment between engineering, analysis, and technical reporting . Your day-to-day will include: * Defining /refining requirements, analyzing datasets, and building recommendations to inform key strategic decisions

• Experience evaluating test results and identifying key system performance indicators
• Capacity to work through ambiguity, design experiments with limited data, and reduce concept uncertainty
