The role emphasizes defining requirements, developing tools to improve delivery, and producing insightful leadership dashboards; ideal candidates have extensive experience in engineering programs and a TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience within complex engineering programs.
• 10+ years supporting the intelligence community.
• 10+ years guiding and assisting senior military officers and executives.
• Advanced degree in STEM fields (Master’s).
• Active TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Defining/refining requirements, analyzing datasets, and building recommendations to inform key strategic decisions.
• Developing and applying tools and processes to optimize technical delivery.
• Creating detailed, insightful reports and visualizations for leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborating with engineers, scientists, and management to refine our technical approaches and outputs.

WhatYou’llDo

AsanProjectEngineer,you’lltackle complex decision-making challengesand help mentor/guidethe execution of technical engineering across the portfolio of projects and interacting with stakeholders to ensure alignment between engineering, analysis, andtechnical reporting.

Your day-to-day will include:
