We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
MUST RESIDE IN MICHIGAN. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION.
- Manage and oversee construction/estimating/project management activities from pre-construction through project closeout.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Ensure adherence to contract documents, budgets, schedules, and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, change orders, and RFIs.
- Contribute to a team culture focused on problem-solving, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Project Engineer with Commercial Construction experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring industry expertise, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to excellence in every phase of construction. This role is a critical part of our project delivery team.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee construction/estimating/project management activities from pre-construction through project closeout.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Ensure adherence to contract documents, budgets, schedules, and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, change orders, and RFIs.
- Contribute to a team culture focused on problem-solving, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
- 3 years of experience in construction or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and project delivery methods.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in construction software tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar.
