Job summary

Arcadis in Southern California is seeking a Project Engineer (Water/Wastewater Infrastructure Design) to join our Resilience Water Team. You will independently design and manage water and wastewater infrastructure projects, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and interact with clients to deliver sustainable solutions.

The ideal candidate has 6 years of municipal water experience, a Bachelor's in a related field, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, hydraulic modeling, and Bluebeam.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or related field.
6 years of engineering and consulting experience in municipal water markets.
Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, hydraulic modeling, and Bluebeam.
Ability to lead engineering tasks and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams.

Responsibilities

Manage design and construction of water/wastewater systems.
Develop design and construction documents: reports, memos, specs.
Support construction administration and ensure processes align with guidelines.
Collaborate with multi-discipline teams to achieve project objectives.
Occasional local travel for site visits and meetings.
