Job summary

Pape-Dawson Engineers is seeking a Civil Engineer to lead the design of water and wastewater systems in Fort Myers, FL. You will develop plans, specifications, and cost estimates, and conduct hydraulic modeling to ensure optimal system performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program is required.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in water/wastewater infrastructure design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Familiarity with hydraulic modeling tools (WaterCAD, SewerCAD) is preferred.
• Strong communication and time management skills are essential.

Leads the design and coordination of water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including pipelines, pumping stations, storage tanks, and treatment facilities. Works independently and collaboratively to execute technical designs, manage permitting, and support construction services.
