Job summary

Jobot seeks a Project Engineer to lead wastewater infrastructure projects in the Southwest from El Paso, TX. This permanent role requires 2–3 days travel per week and offers long-term stability with potential regional office placement (AZ, TX, or UT) after project completion.

You will support planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution, collaborating with the Project Manager and Superintendent to ensure on-time delivery and high safety/quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Engineer overseeing self-performed heavy civil construction.
• Strong communication and planning skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software.
• Willingness to temporarily travel to southern New Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Support all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Partner with the Project Manager and the Superintendent to ensure successful and on-time project delivery.
• Monitor, support, and assist with project schedules, cost control, RFIs and submittals, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
