Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Engineer to lead wastewater infrastructure projects in the Southwest. This on-site, permanent role requires 2–3 days of travel per week, with 2-3 days in El Paso, and potential transfer to regional offices after project completion.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Engineer overseeing self-performed heavy civil construction.
• Strong communication and planning skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software.
• Willingness to temporarily travel to southern New Mexico.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Partner with the Project Manager and the Superintendent to ensure successful and on-time project delivery.
• Monitor, support, and assist with project schedules, cost control, RFIs and submittals, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
