MSA has an opportunity for a full-time Project Engineer - Transportation based in our St. Paul, MN office. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to see and contribute to projects from start to finish, impacting communities positively.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects including planning, scoping, budgeting, and QA/QC.
• Engage with clients through virtual or in-person meetings.
• Design transportation infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, and trails.
• Prepare details, specifications, bidding documents, technical reports, and permits.
• Review project proposals with team support.
• Mentor junior staff.
• Experience in construction management and inspection is a plus.
• Prepare public meeting presentations and engage with the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least 4 years of mobility/transportation engineering experience.
• PE license required; MN PE preferred.
• Experience with MnDOT projects and Bentley OpenRoads is desired.
• Client liaison and project management experience or interest in such roles.
• Strong communication skills.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Benefits

The salary range is $86,900 to $139,100 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
