WSB is seeking a Project Engineer to join our growing team in Florida. This role emphasizes leadership in traffic engineering, client development, and innovative technology integration across projects nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 5+ years of transportation engineering experience.
• 2+ years of Florida project experience.
• Florida PE license or eligible within 6 months.
• PTOE certification preferred.
• Remote work available; must reside in Florida.

Responsibilities

• Be a leader in delivering our traffic engineering services.
• Business development: pursue new / further develop existing client relationships, focusing on innovative ideas and trends.
• Research and implement emerging technologies to offer value added services to your clients.
• Find ways to incorporate sustainable practices to your clients.
• Design traffic projects and traffic elements of larger project and ensure quality of products and conformance to budget.
• Prepare memorandums and reports for traffic studies and research.
• Review work for accuracy and coordinate with other functional groups to ensure quality assurance and quality control for all final products.

What you will do:

• Be a leader in delivering our traffic engineering services

What you will bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 5+ years of experience with transportation engineering and related design packages
• 2+ years of project experience working on Florida projects
• Florida PE license or the ability to obtain their license within six months
• PTOE certification (preferred)
• Remote work available, must reside and perform work in the state of Florida
• Work is primarily performed in an office environment with standard office equipment, occasional travel or field visits may be required to support
