Job summary

Advance Storage Products in the United States seeks a Project Engineer to prepare technical drawings, perform engineering calculations, and release projects to manufacturing for fabrication.

You will provide engineering support to manufacturing, sales and customer service, with 10–15% travel for site visits, new product development, and product testing. The role requires strong analytical skills and teamwork in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• BSc in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering required from an accredited college/university.
• EIT or PE is preferred.
• 3+ years of engineering experience in product design and manufacturing.
• Experience interacting with customers, suppliers, engineers and stakeholders in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong system analysis, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical drawings and engineering calculations for projects.
• Estimate projects and perform take-offs, quotes, and BOM development.
• Engineer structural racking and components; design new products and custom parts.
• Support manufacturing, sales, and customer service with engineering expertise.
• Visit job sites for measurements and inspections; assist with sales calls.
