Mechanical Dynamics and Analysis LLC in St. Louis, MO, seeks a Project Engineer for the Repairs Division to oversee ongoing and new power plant repair projects. This full-time position offers a competitive base salary with incentive compensation and opportunities for growth.

The role requires a 4-year degree in Engineering, Business, or Management, strong leadership, and excellent organizational skills. Travel to sites will be necessary as projects demand coordination across teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Management.
Ability to manage high stress situations.
Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage project schedules including employee on-site and in-shop scheduling.
Assist with all training programs.
Review and correct job reports.
Create and update databases and records, personnel, and other data.
Schedule/support any type of customer job requirements (i.e. drug testing and onsite training).
Manage division needs with other divisions within our STL facility.
Assist in pre job meeting that will require travel to site.
Support team on floor as needed.
