Job summary

Lockheed Martin Space in Littleton, CO is seeking a Project Engineer to join the Systems Engineering and Integration Team. This role focuses on data transfers, SEIT coordination, and secure handling of information to support FBM/space programs.

You will coordinate planning, manage documentation, and assist with metric generation while working onsite at our Littleton campus. A Secret clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret is required, along with at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience handling, organizing, and coordinating documentation/data.
  • Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficient with PDF editing tools.
  • Must have a Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance; US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility.
  • Plans and formulates engineering program; reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications.
  • Evaluates and approves design changes, specification and drawing releases; coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.
  • Coordinate SEIT reviews and data products for FCET IH and TIMs.
  • Support Metric generation and Jira data organization/collection.
  • Support the SEIT team leadership by handling, monitoring, and reporting internal/external processes.

Lockheed Martin (LM) is looking for a resourceful Project Engineer to become a member of the Systems Engineering and Integration Team.

As a Project Engineer, You Will
  • Act as a Data Transfer Agent (DTA) for Mk7
  • Perform Low-to-High (L-H) and High-to-High (H-H) Lateral Data Transfers and High-to-Low (H-L) Assured File Transfers (AFTs) from and to different networks
  • Act as a Media Custodian (MC) - Authorized to utilize optical media such as CD-R/DVD-R/BD-R and Internal and External CD/DVD/BD drives, External Encrypted Hard Drives, and Encrypted USB Flash Drives on Dark Star systems for data transfers
  • Understand process which involves both knowledge of classification issues and attention to detail in reviewing information and following the process for performing tasks related to the transfer of data
  • Coordinate SEIT reviews and data products for FCET IH and TIMs
  • Support Metric generation and Jira data organization/collection
  • Support the SEIT team leadership by handling, monitoring, and reporting internal/external processes
The Successful Candidate Will
  • Meet each of the Basic Qualifications listed
  • Have at least 1 year of work experience (related Internships/Coops may be considered)
  • Hold an Active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance
  • Have the ability to work onsite at our Littleton, CO campus Full-Time

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $95900.00 - $178100.00
