Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Field Surveillance Program Coordinator to lead reviews, manage data, and ensure collaboration across functional teams, customers, and partners in the PAC-3 Sustainment Operations Program.

Responsibilities include multi-functional reviews with leadership, data validation, and timely action item closure, with occasional travel to support customer meetings. Strong communication, coordination, and ITAR/CUI awareness are essential.

The PAC-3 Sustainment Operations Program seeks a Field Surveillance Program (FSP) Coordinator to lead reviews, manage data, and ensure seamless collaboration across functional teams, customers, and partners.

Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To

• Plan, manage, and facilitate multi-functional reviews with senior program leadership, customers, and partners to align sustainment objectives
• Collaborate with Sustainment Program Management to validate data, aggregate findings, and communicate trends

• Experience with export compliance, licensing, and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)/Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) policies and procedures

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
