Job summary

Responsibilities include documenting control, scheduling, cost tracking, procurement logs, submittals, RFI logs, change orders, and owner billing while coordinating with subs and owners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a project engineer.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and change orders.
• Proficient in CMiC, Primavera and BIM software.
• Ability to organize teams and maintain schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist the superintendent and project manager in policy execution.
• Organize duties of engineers, field office staff, and others.
• Prepare and update project schedules with the team.
• Maintain and govern document control logs (RFIs, submittals, as-builts).
• Prepare owner billing and monitor costs.
• Distribute drawings and changes to stakeholders.
• Support cost control and ensure subcontractor payments.
