Job summary

NovaTech, LLC is seeking a Project Engineer to own the complete engineering lifecycle for utility and industrial automation projects in Lenexa, KS. You will drive design, configuration, FAT, commissioning support, and close-out while coordinating with PM, procurement, and production teams.

You will lead SCADA/HMI integration, wiring, and testing, with on-site and remote support as needed. Strong communication and multi-project skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as required; 8+ years in utility/SCADA.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and manage multiple automation and controls projects for utilities.
• Perform SCADA integration and configuration on NovaTech products.
• Coordinate with production for wiring, cabinets, and assemblies.
• Lead testing, I/O mapping validation, and HMI functionality.
• Support on-site commissioning and remote engineering services.
