Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering field and PE licensure.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and engineering calculations.
• Excellent communication and English proficiency.
• Willing to relocate to Wilmington, NC.

Responsibilities

• Prepare engineering documents for construction activities, collecting and analyzing field data and performing calculations.
• Perform construction management duties, conduct meetings with contractors, obtain pricing, and review relevancy to the project.
• Conduct assessments and investigations, assemble testing apparatus, document existing conditions, and recommend improvements.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
