will lead technical design and engineering execution on land development projects from concept through final design, ensuring constructability and regulatory compliance. You will own technical deliverables, coordinate with project managers and subconsultants, and mentor junior staff while contributing to schedule and budget adherence.

Our Residential Land Development team is seeking a Project Engineer for our Orlando, Florida or Jacksonville, Florida office. The Project Engineeris a licensed Professional Engineer responsible for leading technical design and engineering execution on land development project. This role takes full ownership of technical deliverables from concept through final design, ensuring accuracy, constructability, and compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an ABET-accredited program.Professional Engineer (P.E.) licenseMinimum of 5 years of progressive engineering experienceStrong understanding of engineering principles, design standards, and regulatory requirements.Proficiency with applicable engineering design and analysis software.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Ability to lead technical work, mentor others, and coordinate across disciplines.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Reliability, professionalism, and commitment to quality project delivery
