Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience engineering renewable energy projects.
• Knowledge of MODBUS or similar industrial protocols.
• Ability to create single line diagrams using AutoCAD.
• Strong planning and organizational skills for multi-project delivery.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
• Pre-employment drug and background screening.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing photovoltaic and wind projects to monitor all required variables.
• Generating single line diagrams of cabinets including hardware for SCADA deployment based on project descriptions and PM indications.
• Collaborating with colleagues to meet delivery schedules and assist with group activities.
• Supporting commissioning of SCADA systems, including travel to on-site renewable energy plants (up to 50% of time).
• Configuring software to maximize data value.
• Technical report writing, critical reviews, and professional client presentations.

• Analyzing photovoltaic and wind projects to monitor all the variables needed
• Generating single line diagrams of the cabinets including the hardware for the SCADA solution to be deployed, given the project descriptions and Project Manager Indications
• Collaborating with colleagues to reach the schedules for deliveries, and providing assistance with general group activities
• Supporting the commissioning of SCADA systems, including travel for on-site plant visits. You can expect to spend up to 50% of your time at renewable energy sites.
• Configuration of the software to get the best value of the data
• Technical report writing, critical reviewing, and professional presentation to clients

Requirements

• Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in Engineering
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience providing engineering and technical advice to renewable energy projects within solar PV, wind and/or BESS
• Knowledge about industrial communication protocols like MODBUS or other relevant
• Ability to create single line diagrams (AutoCAD)
• Excellent planning and organizational skills to navigate seamlessly through the demands of handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication skills with the ability to craft clear and accurate reports and share technical concepts in concise manner
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
