Job summary

Ideal candidates have 0-3 years in construction coordination, strong organization, and proactive problem-solving. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and exposure to Procore are pluses, with a path toward becoming a Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent).
• 0-3 years in construction or project coordination; internships count.
• Strong organizational instincts and attention to detail.
• Clear communication and ability to juggle priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; exposure to Procore or similar platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project documentation: submittals, RFIs, change orders, and drawings with precision.
• Track budgets, costs, and schedules to keep projects moving forward.
• Assist in bid packages, vendor coordination, and subcontractor communication.
• Help manage timelines and identify potential roadblocks early.
• Maintain audit-ready project files and support field operations on-site.
• Participate in project meetings and drive follow-through.

• Coordinate project documentation like a pro - submittals, RFIs, change orders, and drawings will all flow through you with precision
• Track budgets, costs, and schedules to keep projects aligned and moving forward
• Assist in bid packages, vendor coordination, and subcontractor communication
• Help manage project timelines and proactively identify potential roadblocks before they become real ones
• Maintain organized, audit-ready project files (because chaos is not your style)
• Support field operations and collaborate with on-site teams to ensure seamless execution

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 0-3 years of experience in construction or project coordination (internships absolutely count)
