Job summary

Delek US Holdings is seeking a Project Engineer to lead project planning, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting and troubleshooting for engineering projects, ensuring technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost meet expectations.

This role supports design and construction activities across pipeline and facility projects, coordinates with operations, procurement and contractors, travels to field sites in West Texas and New Mexico, and manages multiple projects concurrently to deliver

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
  • 2+ years of related field experience required.
  • PM, pipeline and facility design experience preferred.
  • EIT or PE is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel to West Texas and New Mexico.

Responsibilities

  • Lead or coordinate project planning, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, and troubleshooting for engineering projects.
  • Ensure project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost.
  • Coordinate design and construction activities with operations, procurement, engineering, and construction contractors.
  • Manage multiple pipeline and facility projects concurrently.
  • Provide financial reporting on projects.
  • Travel to field sites as needed (West Texas and New Mexico).

JOB SUMMARY

Leads or coordinates project planning, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, people management and troubleshooting for engineering projects. Ensures project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required)
  • In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Two (2) or more years Experience in a related field (Required)
  • No Licensure or Certification Required (EIT or PE is a plus)
  • Project management, pipeline, and facility design experience
