This in-office role emphasizes hands-on learning, scheduling, budgeting, safety, QA, and client relations within a strong team environment.

The program develops leaders by mentoring across project management, estimating, and construction management paths, with a culture focused on problem-solving and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• GPA 2.8 or higher.
• Minimum one relevant internship experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional documentation and organizational skills
• Aptitude for solving problems
• Reliable transportation from the office to job-sites
