PCL Construction Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to support the successful delivery of Northwest construction projects from Oregon to Washington. You will coordinate activities, manage documentation, and foster stakeholder relationships while developing leadership skills in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of construction experience in an operational role preferred.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree in a related subject area: construction management, engineering, architecture preferred, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains contract with select trade partners and handles subcontract administration, including defining work scope and supervising progress.
• Participates in change management and change order processes, including pricing and schedule impact assessment.
• Maintains project document control and procedures (RFIs, shop drawings, submittals, as‑built drawings).
• Collaborates with project team lead in supervising design with timely response to the submittal schedule.
• Coordinates with project manager and superintendent to manage and report overall project performance including HSE, cost, schedule, and quality.
• Prepares and supervises progress claims and estimates.
• Coordinates inventory and tracking of materials and equipment and expedites material orders.
