  • Hold contractors accountable to housekeeping, environmental, and site logistics requirements
CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION
  • Review, log, and manage Requests for Information (RFIs), submittals, and shop drawings, driving timely responses to avoid contractor delays
  • Evaluate and process contractor change order requests and back-charges, assessing validity, cost impact, and schedule impact before recommending approval

QUALITY, SAFETY & COMPLIANCE
  • Enforce site safety requirements, confirming contractor adherence to the site safety plan, required permits (including hot work, confined space, and excavation), and applicable OSHA and regulatory standards
  • Support quality control and quality assurance (QC/QA) inspections and witness testing, commissioning, and start-up activities as required
  • Maintain thorough field documentation, including daily reports, site photos, non-conformance reports (NCRs), punch lists, and inspection records
  • Track and manage the project punch list through contractor close-out, ensuring deficiencies are corrected before acceptance
COORDINATION & ISSUE RESOLUTION
  • Lead or participate in daily and weekly contractor coordination meetings, documenting action items and following them through to completion
  • Identify field conflicts, constructability issues, and design discrepancies, coordinating resolution with design engineers and the Project Manager

  • Proficiency with project management and documentation tools such as MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to hold contractors accountable in real time
  • Ability to work full-time onsite in an active construction environment
Preferred Qualifications
