Job summary

• Serve as the primary technical liaison for customers throughout project execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, and Sales.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, milestones, risks, and customer expectations.
• Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, prototypes, and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
• Drive root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and problem resolution.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all quality and performance requirements.
• Support forecasting, product costing, and strategic engineering initiatives.

Salary: $97,000-$110,000 annually

Lead New Product Development from Concept to Production. Are you a Manufacturing Project Engineer with experience managing the entire product lifecycle? We're seeking an experienced engineering professional to lead customer-driven manufacturing projects from concept and design through production launch and ongoing support.

This is NOT a construction project management role or an IT project management position. We are specifically looking for candidates with manufacturing project engineering experience who understand product development, engineering change management, manufacturing processes, and cross‑functional collaboration in a production environment.

What You’ll Do
