Qualifications

• Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management related degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Willing to travel and relocate near project location.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate project activities with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, timelines, and procurement plans.
• Manage design documents for constructability and distribution to client and subs.
• Support schedule updates, change orders, and cost management.
