Job summary

Perini Management Services Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team. You will have full responsibility for project P&L, schedule, contracts and client relations on large domestic projects.

Reporting to Operations leadership, you will plan staffing, manage prime contracts, and coordinate with clients, A/E contacts and subs to deliver projects on time and within budget. Travel to sites is required.

Qualifications

• Four year engineering degree or equivalent and 10+ years of construction management experience.
• Experience managing multiple construction projects with high value.
• Strong writing, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with scheduling and project management software.
• Experience with Federal government clients is preferred.
• Licenses/certifications such as PE/EIT/PMP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hold full responsibility for project P&L, schedule, contracts and client relations.
• Plan, organize and staff field positions through department heads.
• Administer prime contracts, procurement, scheduling and closeout.
• Establish project objectives and performance standards within policy.
• Develop procedures for document control and change management.
• Maintain productive relationships with clients, A/E contacts and subs.
• Monitor construction to ensure schedule and budget adherence; implement corrective actions.
