Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer in Laurel, Maryland to design and deliver private land development and water resources projects across multiple counties. You will participate in planning, site design, permitting, and construction document development with a collaborative team.

Senior engineers can lead multiple projects, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate County reviews, and build client relationships while ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in private land development, including site plan design, roadway design, permitting, ESC design and SWM.
Professional Engineer (PE) license a plus.
Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

Involved in every phase of a project—from initial planning and site design through permitting and construction documents.
Collaborate with project teams to deliver diverse land development and water resources projects.
