Sterling Construction Company, Inc. is seeking an intern in El Paso, TX to assist project teams with field operations and documentation. The role focuses on supporting project superintendents, processing startup documents, updating CPM schedules, and coordinating inspections and surveys on site.

The candidate should be a junior or senior pursuing a Bachelor's in Construction Management or Engineering with a minimum 2.75 GPA and prior construction experience preferred.

• Junior or Senior status preferred.
• Minimum GPA 2.75.
• Past construction work experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Project Superintendents.
• Assist in public relations, claims, subcontractor back charges, and force account work.
• Process all documents required to start-up project as outlined in project checklist.
• Update and maintain CPM under direction of PM.
• Monthly schedule distribution to field and subcontractors.
• Schedule surveys and inspections for field operations.
• Update and maintain as-Built drawings if required.
• Track quantities to ensure accurate payment by Owner.
• Manage Blue Stakes.
• Manage change order correspondence and tracking.

Position_Description :

• Update and maintain C.P.M. under direction of P.M.
• Monthly schedule distribution to field and subcontractors.
• Schedule survey and inspections for field operations.
• Update and maintain as-Built drawings if required.
• Tracking quantities to ensure accurate payment by Owner.
• Managing Blue Stakes
• Managing change order correspondence and tracking

Position Requirements :

Requirements

1. Junior or Senior (highly preferred)
2. Minimum GPA 2.75
3. Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering
4. Past construction work experience is preferred
